RaKesh is an artist, songwriter, producer, composer, and engineer based out of Brooklyn, NY. After getting his degree in Computer Music and Multimedia from Brown University, he started working in various recording studios in NYC, eventually branching out to open his own studio in Brooklyn. He produced beats from Lil Larceni 's 2020 DEATH THROES. He has scored four short films, one of of which ("1781") was featured on the New York Times. "Unlocked" was featured in the 2020 Atlanta Horror Film Festival. He began releasing his solo work with W // E in April of 2020, and plans to do so more consistently, while continuing his projects with rappers, filmmakers, and other multimedia artists. He records, produces, mixes, and masters all of his work; makes all of his song artwork and does a large portion of his video work.
